This is an application for anticipatory bail application in connection with CR No. 594 of 2017 registered with D.N. Nagar Police Station for the alleged offences 498-A, 323, 406, 504, 506 read 34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the parties have resolved their dispute amicably. Complainant and the applicant are residing together. It is further submitted that applicant and the complainant had preferred petition in this Court for quashing the First Information Report by consent and the said petition is pending. The complainant is present in the Court. She is being identified by the officer who is present in the Court. Complainant submitted that she has no objection for allowing this application. In the circumstances,

ORDER

i.

Anticipatory Bail Application No. 636 of 2018 is allowed. ii.

Interim Protection dated 3rd April, 2018 stands confirmed. iii.

In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with CR No. 594 of 2017 registered with D.N. Nagar Police Station, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; iv.
