The Mediator has submitted his report. The report is of 4 January 2015, in which the Mediator has stated that both the parties are staying happily together in the matrimonial residence of the Respondent. Learned counsel for the Respondent confirms this position. In view of this position, at present, it is not necessary to go into the grievance and the prayer made by the applicant. It is not necessary to keep the application pending, as further hearing of this application on the basis of averments made therein, will only affect the relations of parties, which are cordial at present.
