On a motion moved by the learned Counsel for the Applicants, the Civil Revision Application is disposed of as withdrawn with the clarification that the contention on the basis of Section 34 of the Specific Relief Act, is kept expressly open for the Trial Court to adjudicate at the stage of the final hearing. 2.

I note that vide order dated 06.02.2020 in A.O. 179 of 2018, the suit was expedited and the learned Trial Court was requested to decide the suit within 15 months. 3.

I am informed that the suit is pending.

The learned Trial Court is requested to finally dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and in any event within next nine months.
