1) At the threshold, the learned APP submits that in the present case, i.e. in Sessions Case, charge has been framed and the next scheduled date in the trial is 10/10/2016. In view of the fact that the trial has commenced, without going into the merits of the matter, application deserves to be disposed of since it would not be appropriate to enlarge the applicant on bail after the commencement of trial. The learned Sessions Court is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the recording of evidence in the present case, as far as possible, within 8 months from the date of framing of charge. ism
