The petitioner and the advocate both are absent. The writ petition is pending in this Court for the past more than fourteen years. The petitioner has, after the petition was filed, applied for ad-interim relief. After that ad-interim stay was granted in terms of prayer clause (b) on 2nd July, 2004. On subsequent occasions, the petitioner has never showed any interest either to seek an admission of this petition or to seek any relief in furtherance of the prayers after the writ petition was SRP 1/2

We have found that such petitions, though listed even in the Vacation, resulted in no response from the litigants or the advocates. The writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for want of prosecution. The interim stay is vacated forthwith. SMT. BHARATI H. DANGRE, J.
