The learned counsel for the applicant fairly submits that the trial is in progress, however, he has no instructions about the number of witnesses that are examined. The learned APP submits that two panch witnesses are examined and the examination-in-chief of the first informant is concluded and the next date for crossexamining the first informant is fixed on 14th March 2022. In view of this, once again, the learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.826 of 2017 shall conclude the recording of evidence as far as possible by December 2022. The application is disposed of accordingly.
