1) The Interim Application is filed seeking extension of time for payment of arrears of compensation as directed in para-5(ii) of the Order dated 5 November 2019. As per the prayer made in the Interim Application, extension of time by 16 weeks is sought from 27 March 2024. This Court has already granted sufficient time to the Appellant to make payment of arrears within 12 weeks by Order dated 3 January 2024. However, by way of indulgence, time to make payment of balance amount of arrears of compensation is extended by a period of 2 weeks from 27 March 2024. Interim Application is disposed of. SANDEEP V.
