Learned counsel for Applicant seeks leave to withdraw application with liberty to file fresh application in the event Applicant is served with notice of arrest by CBI, contending that learned Special Judge (CBI-ACB), Pune while rejecting anticipatory bail application had directed CBI to issue notice of 24 hours to accused if his arrest is to be effected.
