When the Suit was filed, the Appellant was styled as "Nitin Casting Pvt. Ltd.". Thereafter, the name was changed to Rajshila Construction Pvt. Ltd. which amendment was permitted by order dated 6 February 2018. Thereafter, Rajshila Construction Pvt. Ltd. is now changed to Rajshila Construction LLP and certificate of Registration on version is annexed.

The learned Counsel for the Appellant states that copy of the Application is served on the Respondents. None appears for the Respondents.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.
