The petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing C.R. No.22 of 2012 registered with C.B.D.Belapur Police Station at the instance of respondent No.1.

Mr. Yagnik, learned APP stated that the investigation into the said C.R. is already completed and, thereafter, "C" Summary Report is also filed before the JMFC, Vashi. A copy of the final report under Section 173 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is also placed for our perusal.

In the above circumstances, the grievance of the petitioner no more survives. Respondent No.1, if aggrieved by "C" Summary Report can approach the concerned Magistrate and file protest petition. 5.
