When this Court was not inclined to entertain this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate proceeding in accordance with law except a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. 2.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. We make it clear that all objections of the respondents to the remedy which may be adopted by the petitioners are kept open.
