This is an application for suspension of sentence and releasing the applicant/accused No.3 on bail during pendency of the appeal filed by her. The applicant/accused No.3 has been convicted of offence punishable under Section 366-A of the Indian Penal Code and she has been sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for three years apart from imposition of some fine. ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) The substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed on the applicant is suspended and she is directed to be released on bail on executing P. R. Bond of Rs.15,000/- and on furnishing surety in the like amount.

iii) The application is accordingly disposed of.
