C.:- 1) At the outset, learned APP submitted that, in pursuance of Order dated 20th October, 2023, the Investigating Agency has concluded the preliminary enquiry of the complaint lodged by Respondent No.2 and crime has already been registered against the Petitioner at the instance of Respondent No.3 vide C.R.No.180 of 2023 with Koregaon Park Police Station.

2) Mr. Bhavnani, learned Advocate for the Petitioner, submitted that, the learned Single Judge of this Court has granted ad-interim relief of pre-arrest bail to the Petitioner. He submitted that, the present Petition has now become infructuous.

3) Disposed off as infructuous.
