Heard learned counsel for parties.

Both learned counsel filed the consent Minutes of Order dated 9th August, 2018. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The same reads thus: "MINUTES OF ORDER"

(1) The Applicant shall pay the arrears of maintenance @ Rs.30,000/- per month for the period from June 2016 to July 2018 amounting to Rs.7,80,000/- on or before 7th September, 2018. It is agreed that the said amount shall be deposited in this Hon'ble Court and the same shall be invested in the name of Avantika and be handed over to Avantika on attaining the age of 18 years.

903.cam.107.2016.doc (2) The Respondent undertakes to take the minor daughter Ms Avantika for counselling to Dr. Niharica Shah having Clinic at Nanihi Centre, Nandan, Survey No. 52, Hissa No.4, Mundhwa, Pune 411 036 Ph. No. 08888566660 for counselling every week or as called upon by the Counsellor Dr. Niharica Shah. The Respondent shall inform the Applicant the dates scheduled for the counselling. The undertaking is accepted. The counselling shall continue and the Counsellor shall hand over her report to this Hon'ble Court every month. The Applicant and the Respondent shall also undergo parenting counselling if so required by the Counsellor Dr. Niharica Shah. (3) The above Order is passed by the consent of the parties." Civil Application No. 107 of 2016 stands disposed of in terms of Consent Minutes of Order. No order as to costs.

It is made clear that the applicant will continue to pay the maintenance charges to the Respondent regularly on or before 10th of the subsequent month with effect from August 2018. The undertaking filed by the Respondent dated 2nd August, 2018 is taken on record and accepted the same. Liberty granted to both the parties to make an appropriate application, if they so desire, after getting the report from Counsellor Dr. Niharica Shah.
