ORDER:

This Civil Application is taken out for extension of time to dispose of the Appeal No.36 of 2009 before the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai, in view of the order dated 23 November 2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.48 of 2017.

We are informed that the Chairperson of the DRAT, Mumbai has been on leave since 24 January 2018. We are further informed that the Petitioners have also taken out an amendment Application in the said Appeal.

In the circumstances, we extend the time to dispose of the Appeal No.36 of 2009 by DRAT, Mumbai within a period of five months from today. 4.

The Civil Application to stand disposed of.
