The Petition is directed against the rejection of the nomination form of the Petitioner. Considering the stage at which the election programme is at present, where only voting remains, no case for interference is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, it is open for the Petitioner to adopt appropriate proceedings after the elections if so advised.
