This is an application for modification of Order dated 25th March 2022 granting ad-interim relief in favour of Petitioner. 2.

The Managing Committee of Respondent No.1-Society is permitted to release payment of staff of the said Society, electricity charges to the electricity providing Company and charges for water including charges to the water suppliers.

Order is modified to the aforesaid extent only. 3.

The Secretary of Respondent No.1 is permitted to file reply to Writ Petition No.2573 of 2022.
