Pursuant to the order dated 7 October 2016, Shri. R.V. Govilkar Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has tendered the original disclosure statement of Mr. S.P. Kale, their nominee arbitrator. On 16 September 2016 Senior Counsel Mr. R.S. Apte for the Petitioner had tendered the disclosure statement of Mr. Ajit Dattaram Saraf, the nominee arbitrator on behalf of the Petitioner. Mr. S.P. Kale and Mr. Ajit Dattaram Saraf are appointed as a arbitrators. The said arbitrators shall appoint a third arbitrator in accordance with procedure prescribed.
