This application is taken out to condone the delay in bringing the legal representatives of the appellant No. 5 Sunil Hiraji Patil and to bring the legal heirs on record. The appellant No. 5 passed away on 29th October, 2022.

The application is supported by an affidavit and copy of death certificate.

For the reasons assigned in the application, the application stands allowed.

The delay in bringing the legal heirs of appellant No. 5 on record stands condoned.

Abatement stands set aside.
