By this Civil Application, applicant-Insurance Company is seeking condonation of 161 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 02.07.2008 passed by Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Raigad at Alibaug in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 503 of 2001. 4.

Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, following order :- S.C.Magar
