P.C.:- At the outset, the learned special PP submitted that during the pendency of the present Application, the police have submitted the charge-sheet. He further submitted that, the Application for bail, of the Applicant was rejected by the Trial Court prior to filing of charge sheet.

In view of the change in circumstance i.e. filing of charge sheet, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with 1/2

ssm 2 46-ba475.18gp.sxw liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the Trial Court. Leave and liberty granted.

Application is disposed off, as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

In view of the disposal of the Bail Application No. 475 of 2018, Criminal Application No. 374 of 2018 does not survive and the same is accordingly disposed off.
