Heard the learned AGP for the applicants. In view of the statement of the learned AGP recorded in the order dated 20th March 2013 that this Court directed the State Government to pay costs of Rs.2000/- to the petitioner in the writ petition. We see no merit in the application by which a prayer is made for recalling the order dated 20th March 2013 to the extent to which this Court directed the State Government to pay costs to the Writ petitioner. Civil Application is accordingly rejected.
