ORDER:- Upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition as the Petitioner's representation dated 17 June 2015 made after filing of the present Writ Petition, is still not decided by the concerned Respondent. We are inclined to so direct for the reason that the Petitioner's main prayer is for appointment in pursuance to the advertisement in question. Therefore, by keeping all points open, the present Writ Petition is disposed of. Respondent No.2 is hereby directed to decide the aforementioned representation filed by the Petitioner, as early as possible, preferably within period of eight weeks from today.
