This Civil Application seeks to set aside an order of dismissal of the petition for non-payment of Bhatta. The explanation of the Petitioner is that since the Respondents had appeared at the stage of admission, he was of the view that there was no need to serve a fresh notice on the Respondents. The explanation is accepted. The Civil Application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause-(a). The petition is restored to file, to come up for hearing after ensuing Summer Vacation. The Respondents waive service. Stand over to 9 June 2016.
