Learned Counsel for the applicant prays for recalling of the order dated 13.2.2018 and restore his revision application which was dismissed by the said conditional order dated 13.2.2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial). The learned Counsel submits that he is ready to remove the office objections and comply with the impugned conditional order. He also prays for condonation of the delay of 14 days in filing the application.

The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection. 4.

In view of the above, the delay is condoned. The conditional order dated 13.2.2018 is set aside and the Civil Revision Application is restored to its original file alongwith all the orders passed therein.
