Feeling aggrieved by the inaction on the part of Respondents in not taking the decision on the Petitioner's representation dated 13th April, 2016 (Exhibit L), the Petitioner has filed this Petition.

According to the Petitioner, he has been ordered to be reinstated on 1st October, 2015 but the consequential benefits of fixing of his salary and the arrears from the date of termination till the date of reinstatement have not been paid. So also he has not been promoted to the post of "Account Officer". The grievance of 1/3
the Petitioner is that in spite of there being an assurance that the decision about the salary and arrears will be taken as per the communication dated 28th October, 2015 (Exhibit K) but till date the Petitioner's claim has not been considered and representation dated 13th April, 2016 has remained unattended till date. 4.
A prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 - The Commissioner, Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's representation dated 13th April, 2016 (Exhibit L). 5.
Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer without commenting upon the merits of the matter and the Petitioner's entitlement, we dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent No. 1 - The Commissioner to examine the Petitioner's representation dated 13th April, 2016 (Exhibit L) and take appropriate decision on it in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the Petitioner before the Commissioner.

The Petitioner to appear before the Commissioner along with a fresh detail representation on 9th August, 2017 at 3.00 pm. 7.
The Petition is disposed of as such.
