The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 25-3-2015 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, by which order, the stay application filed by the Petitioner in an Appeal filed him against the order of disqualification passed by the Additional Commissioner, came to be rejected.

The impugned order is dated 25-3-2015 and in terms of the said order, the Appeal was to come up for hearing on 1-4-2015. In my view, without interfering with the impugned order but by directing the Additional Commissioner Pune Division, Pune to dispose of the Appeal latest by 31-82015, the above Petition is disposed of. mmj

wp-3899-15-(39) Needless to state that the Appeal would be tried on its own merits and in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the fact that this Court has not interfered with the order dated 25-3-2015.
