The petitioners have preferred this petition for following reliefs:
a) Rule be issued;
b) Writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature be issued thereby directing the respondent no. 2 to initiate action in accordance with law against the illegal construction on land bearing Survey no. 49, Hissa No. 1/1 situated at Mauje Kothrud, Taluka Haveli, District Pune;
c) Any other and further relief in favour of the petitioners as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the 1 / 2

Learned counsel for the Corporation submitted that in case a comprehensive representation is made by the petitioners within four weeks from today, the concerned Authorities of the Corporation shall look into the entire records according to the provisions of law and decide the representation and the decision thereon shall be communicated within four weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

In view of this submission made by the learned counsel for the Corporation, the petition is disposed of. All issues on merits are kept open.
