For the reasons separately recorded, we pass the following order :- (i) The impugned judgment and order dated 7th June, 2002 in Contempt Petition No.44 of 1992 is hereby set aside and the said Contempt Petition stands dismissed subject to observations made in the judgment;
(ii) Appeal is allowed on above terms with no order as to costs.
