By this petition, sent through Jail, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of his trial and that too on day to-day basis. 2.

Learned APP on instructions submits that till date 17 witnesses have been examined in the said case, and that the case in question is taken up by the learned Sessions Judge every friday for examining the witnesses.
