By this petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondent authorities to register an offence as against the accused, pursuant to his complaint dated 5/3/2022. The complaint filed by the petitioner is at page No.30 of the Petition. The said complaint has been addressed to the Senior Inspector, D. N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai, as well as to the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai.

Learned APP has tendered a report dated 25/8/2022 RAJESHWARI SUBODH KARVE of PI Anil Mulye, D. N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai. The said

rsk 2 19-WP-1168-22.doc report is taken on record. From the said report it appears that the police have registered an offence on the basis of the said complaint made by the petitioner dated 5/3/2022. It appears that an FIR, bearing C. R. 500/2022 was registered on 23/8/2022 by the Versova Police Station, Andheri, Mumbai, having jurisdiction over the said complaint.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.

Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. 5.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
