The stay granted on the main proceedings i.e. R.C.C. No. 85 of 2009 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raigad, Alibag was vacated by this court on 13th June, 2013 as nobody had appeared for the applicant.

This is an application for continuation of the ad interim stay. As the application is pending since 2011 and it is likely to be heard finally at the admission stage itself, it is just and proper that the stay is allowed to be continued. Hence, ad interim stay granted earlier shall continue to be in force till further orders of the court. Present application stands disposed of. Application No. 1341 of 2011 shall be listed on admission board for final hearing on 16th June, 2015.
