In this application for condonation of delay of 325 days vide order dated 9th October, 2015, this court had granted last opportunity to furnish fresh address of the Respondents. However, it is seen that despite this order right from the year 2015 till date no one is appearing for the Applicant. The Applicant also remained absent on several occasions. Even on 27th January, 2017 time of four weeks was granted for removing the office objection. Subsequently, on 4th July, 2017 again as a last chance to furnish fresh and correct address, the matter was adjourned to 18th July, 2017. However, till date the order dated 9th October, 2015 is not complied. It appears that the Applicant is not interested in prosecuting the application. The application as such is rejected for want of prosecution.
