Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the first and second respondents. Writ Petition filed by the applicant was dismissed for non-prosecution on 31st March, 2017. The reasons for absence of the Advocate for the applicant have been set out in paragraph 5. Hence, a case for restoration is made out. Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (c) and (d). Writ Petition shall be added to the appropriate weekly cause list to be notified for June, 2017.
