Mr. Narvankar, the learned counsel for Respondents No.1 and 2 tenders a copy of letter dated 18th August, 2021 addressed to the Deputy Director of Education, Higher Education, Kolhapur providing certain details relating to release of subsistence allowance in favour of the Petitioner.

Mrs. Gavhane, the learned AGP for the State states that the Management has not submitted any pay bills till date and as soon as the same is submitted, the same would be cleared by the Joint Director, Higher Education, Kolhapur. The said statement is accepted. 3.
We direct Respondents No. 1 and 2 to submit the pay bills relating to the payment of subsistence allowances and terminal dues, if any, to the Joint Director, Higher Education, Kolhapur, within four days from today, without fail. The copy of the said pay bills shall also be furnished to the Petitioner's counsel within four days from the date of submission of such pay bills to the Joint Director. The Joint Director, Higher Education, Kolhapur shall release the amount due to the Petitioner within four weeks thereafter without fail.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5.
Place the matter on board for reporting compliance after six weeks.
