The applicant was granted protection by this Court vide order dated 9th April 2021 as the Court (Coram: Sandeep K. Shinde, J.) had directed the Investigating Agency not to arrest upon considering the merits of the matter.

The learned APP confirms that the applicant herein has complied with the order dated 9th April 2021 passed by this Court. Hence, application seeking pre-arrest bail is granted on the following conditions:- (i) In the event of arrest, the applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- and or more sureties;
