The learned counsel for the Applicant states that learned SubDivisional Officer has adjourned the Appeal sine die and therefore, the later prayer does not survive and has become infructuous. Insofar as the prayer for expediting the hearing of the Appeal is concerned, the appeal be added to the final hearing board, if it is ready.
