The Petitioner by this petition challenges rejection of their nomination. The Petition pertains election to Vadgaon Village Panchayat. The grievance of the Petitioners is that their nomination is wrongly rejected. Nomination is rejected on the ground that the Petitioners are defaulters.

Be that as it may, the election process is in advance stage. Symbols are allotted and voting is scheduled to take place on Shivgan 1/2
