Considering the limited relief sought of deciding the proposals dated 26 April 2017, 6 June 2018 and 12 December 2018 that have been submitted by the respondent No.4 to the respondent No.2 seeking approval to the petitioner's appointment as a Full Time Teacher, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.2 to decide these proposals in Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

29-wp-5349-2022.doc accordance with law. The said proposals be decided preferably by the end of 15 June 2022 for the reason that the petitioner is to superannuate by 31 May 2022. Rule is made absolute accordingly. No costs.
