P.C. :- Heard learned Counsel for the parties. On 6 February 2019, following order was passed :- " The learned Counsel for Respondent No.1 states that Respondent No.1 would withdraw the impugned order dated 10/01/2019 and pass a fresh order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties. Stand over to 27/02/2019."

Mr. Topkar, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.1 in Writ Petition No. 620 of 2019 states that pursuant to the statement made, the order dated 10 January 2019 was withdrawn and after giving an opportunity to the parties, an order is passed on 4 December 2019.

In view of the withdrawal of the impugned order, the Petitions do not survive. If any of the parties aggrieved by the order dated 4 December 2019, it is always open for them to take such steps as permitted in law.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
