The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in crime no. 108 of 2022 registered with Jath police station for the offence punishable under sections 420, 468, 471 r/w. 34 of IPC and sections 82 & 83 of Registration Act.

The allegations against the applicants are, in the execution of the conveyance, the applicants have identified in all 5 persons out of which two allegedly have impersonated. The applicants does not appears to be benefited out of the said transactions. 4.

Considering the role attributed to the applicants that of identifying the offenders/executors, it will be appropriate to infer akn 1/2

2/2 15.ABA.1025.2022.doc that the persons who are benefited will be in a better position to answer the same.

Learned APP on instructions from the Investigating OfÏce informs that nothing is to be recorded from the applicants. 6.

That being so, ad-interim protection order dated 18/04/2022 stands confirmed.

In the event of arrest of crime no. 108 of 2022 registered with Jath police station for the offence punishable under sections 420, 468, 471 r/w. 34 of IPC and sections 82 & 83 of Registration Act, applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicants shall attend the Investigating OfÏcer as and when directed.

9.

The applicants shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

10.

The application stands disposed of.
