Learned APP submitted that the incident has taken place on 29th March, 2015. It is an offence under sections 307, 379, 353, 323, 333, 341, 504 and 506 r/w. 34 of the Indian Penal Code. On instructions from the Investigating officer, learned APP submitted that the police are investigating the matter and they will file charge sheet within 20 to 25 days.

In view of this, the learned counsel for the applicant/accused is allowed to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to move an Application before the Sessions Court.
