This is an application for expediting the hearing of Criminal Appeal No.595 of 2011. The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 4th September, 2014 the hearing of the appeal was expedited, and the appeal was directed to be listed in the week commencing from 22nd September, 2014. He has submitted that despite this order, the appeal is not being shown on the final salgaonkar

In view of the above facts, the appeal be placed on the final hearing board in the week commencing from 25th April, 2016. 4.

Application is allowed in above terms.
