This civil application is for condonation of delay of 2 years 101 days in filing the revision application. It has been served upon the respondents, who are absent despite service. 2.
The applicants have challenged the order dated 8th October, 2010 passed by the Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. Earlier applicants had filed Writ Petition No.2381 of 2013 to challenge the very order. That petition was disposed off on 4th December, 2014 and the petitioner was granted liberty to file revision application. For the purpose of filing revision
ssk 2/2 cri Appln 163/15 in Revn (Stm) 169/2015-1/7/16 application petitioner had to obtain a fresh certified copy of the impugned order. Accordingly she had applied for the same and filed the present revision application only after receiving the certified copy.

Perused the application and the additional affidavit filed in support of the application. In my opinion, the petitioner has made out sufficient cause for condonation of delay. Hence the criminal application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).
