The Trial Court is requested to conclude the trial expeditiously. Needless to mention the trial Court will obviously record the evidence of the victim/s in terms of Section 35(1) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

The application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to apply for bail after 6 months if the trial does not proceed substantially.
