This is an application for the modification of the condition imposed on the applicant of reporting to the Investigating Officer vide order dated 25/02/2020 while granting him bail.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that pursuant to the condition imposed, the applicant has regularly attended the Investigating Officer.

Learned APP opposed the application.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the condition of reporting can be modified.

The applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer on 05/03/2023 between 11.00 am and 01.00 pm and furnish his contact details and residential address. Thereafter, the applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer once in 3 months on the first Saturday of the concerned month, between 11.00 am and 01.00 pm. Rest of the conditions to be abided by.
