Learned APP, on instructions from Police Havaldar - Shri S. B Koli submitted that, after completion of investigation of C.R.No.93 of 2021 registered with Bhiwandi Taluka Police Station, the Investigating Agency has submitted 'N.C. Summary' Report in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bhiwandi on 15th July 2021 and the concerned Court has accepted the said Summary. He produced on record a certified copy of the Register maintained by the concerned Police Station. 2.

In view of the above, the Petition has become infructuous and is accordingly disposed off.
