The above Civil Application has been filed seeking extension of time to comply with the order dated 26/08/2016 passed in the above Writ Petition. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent Wife Shri Tamhane states that the Respondent Wife has received the arrears save and except for the month of November and December 2016. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner - Husband i.e. the Applicant herein states that the Applicant has paid the maintenance for November and December 2016 but she is not sure of the same. If the Applicant has not paid the maintenance for November and December 2016, the same to be paid latest by 15/02/2017. This would not mean that the Applicant can delay the payment for January and lgc
