Since the trial in the counter case (Writ Petition No. 5891/2021) has commenced, we are not inclined to entertain the aforesaid petition, inasmuch as, it pertains to an incident dated 02.07.2007 and in connection with the said incident, both sides have lodged FIRs against each other.

Petition is accordingly dismissed.
