By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking restoration of Civil Application No. 2811 of 2016 with Civil Application No. 2812 of 2016 in First Appeal (Stamp) No. 8700 of 2016 which stand dismissed in view of conditional order dated 13.02.2018 passed by learned Registrar (JudicialII). 4.

Considering the submission made by learned Counsel for the Applicant and averments made in the Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out case for following order: (i) Order dated 13.02.2018 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial-II) is set aside.

(ii) Civil Application No. 2811 of 2016 with Civil Application No. 2812 of 2016 in First Appeal (Stamp) No. 8700 of 2016 is restored to file for hearing on its own merits.
